### Licensure: we've done this homework

Behavioral health licensure is the most fragmented in allied health, and it's where most agencies stall.

The Counseling Compact allows qualifying licensed professional counselors to practice across participating states under a privilege rather than a separate license. New Hampshire is a participating state, and we track implementation status as the compact's data system comes online. We also handle LCMHC licensure by endorsement in New Hampshire and Vermont for counselors relocating into the region, including supervised-hours documentation and exam equivalency.
